These conditions of use describe the rules and regulations of use of Taxi transport 69.<\/p>\n

Ordering or booking a race implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the customer.<\/p>\n

These general conditions relate to orders for taxis placed by the CUSTOMER with the COMPANY TAXI TRANSPORT 69 by Internet on the site taxitransport69 or directly by telephone on 04 69 96 55 69.<\/p>\n

They also concern errands from a taxi stand, or when the taxi vehicle is stopped on the road.<\/p>\n

RESERVATION REQUEST <\/b> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservation requests made via this site or by telephone are free.<\/p>\n

In particular situations, due to elements beyond the control of the company, such as strikes, demonstrations, weather conditions, the COMPANY reserves the right to limit the number of requests, or even to inform the customer of its impossibility to ‘run a race.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM RATE <\/b> <\/strong><\/p>\n

The minimum price indicated for a trip is set at 7.30 Euros.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION <\/b> <\/strong><\/p>\n

In the context of a cancellation for a reserved trip, the customer will be fully refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n

If the cancellation occurs four hours before the scheduled time for the race, he may claim a 50% refund.<\/p>\n

Below four hours, no refund can be granted.<\/p>\n

In the event of the passenger’s no-show, the entire trip may be claimed.<\/p>\n

DEGRADATION OF THE VEHICLE <\/b> <\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of damage to the vehicle, cleaning or repair costs may be required.<\/p>\n

LICENSE <\/b> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise stated, Taxi transport 69 and \/ or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Taxi transport 69.<\/p>\n

All intellectual property rights are reserved.<\/p>\n

It is authorized to consult and \/ or print the pages of taxitransport69.fr\/ for personal use subject to the restrictions defined in these conditions of use.<\/p>\n
